The World Quranic Civilization Forum (WQCF) 1448H is an international educational and intellectual forum designed to strengthen the role of the family as the foundation for nurturing future generations and building a Quranic civilization.
Held in conjunction with 1 Muharram 1448H, the beginning of the Islamic New Year, the forum offers Muslim families a timely opportunity to recalibrate their direction and renew their commitment to a Quran-centred way of life.
It responds directly to the pressures shaping contemporary family life — communication breakdowns, economic pressure, digital media influence, declining character education, and the weakening of Islamic values within the home — through practical training and strategic civilisational discussion.
